
About Julie
I have a background in psychology, psychotherapy, yoga, Buddhism, mindfulness, meditation, and music; I pull elements from each of these into this series. On paper, I am a clinically licensed psychotherapist, I have completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training, I have loads of experience facilitating psychoeducational groups, and I have sat eight silent meditation retreats, including two that were a month long in length. Lastly, I have a background in poledance having studied and trained in studios in Los Angeles and NYC, and I have been integrating and embodying this type of movement for over 10 years. I deeply believe in the healing possible in embracing feminine sensual movement in our bodies as women. Now, I'm bringing what I know of this powerful medicine to other women who are ready for a new type of journey in their bodies.
